The Horror Spot News: First Look At Frankenweenie
Entertainment Weekly has the first look at Frankenweenie, Tim Burton’s 3D black and white stop-motion remake of his own 1984 short film of the same name.
A parody of, and homage to, the 1931 film Frankenstein and Mary Shelley’s classic novel, Frankenweenie centers on a boy named Victor who uses his science kit to bring his beloved pet Sparky back to life after the dog is struck by a car.
The new, feature-length Frankenweenie, is finally set to premiere Oct. 5, 2012.
