Animated movies are special kind of movies, more so than any other genre of movies. Each genre leaves an impact with you, no matter what it is but there is something about animated films that can really touch you much more than any other movie can. It seems that year by year there are more classic animated films being produced. This year was a bit slim pickings, but there's still a couple of movies that deserve attention. Here they are:
Robert Acosta:
Honorable Mention: The Adventures of Tin Tin
Winner: Winnie the Pooh
RA: "It was really a two horse race this year and you could really say one movie was #1 animated movie of the year while the other was 1A or 1B. Winnie the Pooh was just too damn cute and was the perfect example of how to take a childhood cartoon and really convert it with respect and justice to the story and characters."
Jose Diaz:
