Maybe i'm a bit biased towards comedy movies but notice, this is the only comedy in the top 10. From beginning to end, The Other Guys was hilarious. I honestly can't remember a dull moment in the film. Movies like this aren't taken seriously but this movie offered a good blend of great comedy, a decent story and small action.
Did anyone think Mark Wahlberg was funny? I sure didn't. He surprised the hell out of me, he was genuinely funny. Didn't seemed forced or anything like that, it was just pure fun for him. Will Ferrell is going to give his best for a movie like this, but of course comedy is subjective. Whether you find him funny or stupid is a personal preference. I think he is pretty funny and he definitely gave a great comedic performance in The Other Guys.
The DVD for The Other Guys is out now, please go pick it up. You won't be disappointed.
