Not too many details have been coming out about the reboot of the Spiderman movie(s). We've got our Spiderman/Peter Parker in Andrew Garfield and we have the director Marc Webb. Nothing else has really been set in stone.
The love interest has been somewhat of a hot topic, more so than the villain talk. Does that mean the villain was already chosen and no one is saying anything? We'll see. Until then, we have some rumored women for the love interest for Peter Parker.
Entertainment Weekly is reporting that the front runners for the potential love interest of Spiderman are down to Emma Stone and Mia Wasikowska.
I hope the vagueness of this article is showing you how crazy this how reboot of Spiderman is. Nonetheless, I can't see either of those fine young actresses playing Gwen Stacy but I could see either playing Mary Jane and that seems the general belief.
I'm a bit biased when it comes to this situation because I love Emma Stone. Beautiful woman who shows both comedy and edge in her previous roles like Zombieland, Easy A, House Bunny, etc.
Let's hope for more news regarding the Spiderman movie to ease this confusion.
