The Spot News: Fantastic Four Reboot, possible casting news.

We all remember the last two Fantastic Four movies right? Well for those who don't, and you have every right not to remember or know anything about them, a reboot of the movie is on the way.

In a way, it only made sense for Fantastic Four to be rebooted. The first one, a good effort, didn't really throw itself out there. The sequel only made matters worse. Maybe the casting was wrong, maybe the story was wrong, maybe making Galactus a cloud was wrong.....anyway. Nonetheless a reboot is coming and there is some rumored casting.

Previously played by Ioan Gruffudd, Mr. Fantasic/Reed Richards could be played by either Adrien Brody(Predators) or Johnathan Rhys Meyers(From Paris With Love). Now I thought Gruffudd played the part pretty well, it is a reboot so he goes out the window. Personally, I can't see Brody playing Reed Richards. Yes, Brody can play the smart man and has the ability to thrown down in action scenes, I just don't think he has the look. When it comes to comic book movies, these actors and actresses have got to have the look, these characters have been drawn for years! Johnathan Rhys Meyers on the other hand, has the look and can play the smart guy and pull off good action scenes, maybe not like Brody can but he is still capable.

Here's to Fox getting the first family of Marvel right!
