Weekend Box Office March 4th-6th

                                                                    By: Robert Acosta

First week of March, and now I feel like movies actually matter to people. Last month I saw way too many disappointments to buy into watching good movies or feeling good about watching movies. March is the savior!

  1. Rango   $38 Million
  2. The Adjustment Bureau   $20.8 Million
  3. Beastly   $10.1 Million
  4. Hall Pass   $9 Million
  5. Gnomeo & Juliet   $6.9 Million
  6. Unknown   $6.6 Million
  7. The King's Speech   $6.5 Million
  8. Just Go With It   $6.5 Million
  9. I am Number Four   $5.7 Million
  10. Justin Bieber: Never Say Never   $4.3 Million
It doesn't surprise me that Rango took the top spot this week. What with the kid's inflation (You know, families bringing kids and maybe even friends of the kids) and the lack of 3D may have brought families out even more.

The Adjustment Bureau and Beastly round out the top 3 this week and the lack of Take Me Home Tonight in the top 10 doesn't surprise me.

Next week, Battle: LA comes out, along with Mars Needs Moms and Red Riding Hood. Almost sure Battle: LA takes it next week.
