The book is by Stephanie Meyer. Yes the woman who brought us Twilight and all that came from it. Also wrote another book, The Host, now an upcoming movie. Here is the trailer, which honestly does nothing but show off some eye effects and random pictures of people. Not much to go by it except that it comes out next year.
